Breaking down gender barriers can help businesses and institutions perform better, boost competitiveness, and promote economic growth—thereby helping reduce poverty and improving development outcomes for the next generation. Women should do what they want to do rather than gender determining their abilities. Gender is just an identity, who are you? However, You are a woman or man. Both genders have equal rights.       Change the impact of negative stereotypes!! đź”…   Cultural stereotypes are generalizations that become stereotypes when all members of a group are categorized as having the same mindset. Stereotypes can be linked to times. Such as nationality, religion, gender, race, or age. Also, stereotypes may be positive or negative. It depends on the thinking of individuals.   How old fashioned stereotypes affect society? Social norm are the unwritten rules of beliefs, attitudes, and behavior, that are considered acceptable in a particular social group or culture. Social norms are the rules for how people should do in a given group of society. However, These mindsets are provided in a positive way and negative way at the same time. I head from my grandmother that she said "Do not hang out often like boys, you are a girl, remember that" . When I was young I listened without analyzing a thought that older people's opinion is right because they know the world before us....
